STANDARD MACHINE FEATURES
CERAMIC DRY POWDER MIXER
This is a unique rotating V type Dry powder Mixer Blender and is used to thoroughly mix the various Ceramic powders to form a uniform blend.
The V-drum Mixer-Blender is specially designed to ensure thorough mixing in the shortest possible time. Ease of Load-Unload of ceramic powders is an important feature of the machine.
HOT CERAMIC CHARGE MIXER
This Paddle type Mixer-Blender is designed to mix thermoplastic binders with the ceramic powders to produce a uniform homogenous injectable blend.
The Mixer-Blender machine has a heated mixing vessel with digital temperature control. The homogenous Ceramic mass is transferred to the Ceramic Injector for injection moulding parts.
DEBINDING AND SINTERING KILN
This is a Hearth Retractable Furnace/Shuttle Klin. It is offered in Gas fired or electrically heated variations. Max temperature 1600C.
The same furnace is used for Debinding at lower temperatures and the cleaned inspected browns are sintered to preferred final temperatures to get the final usable product.
